ABOUT KAYLA
She/her
Kayla graduated from the accelerated program at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT) and has gained experience treating people with a variety of issues such as musculo-skeletal injuries (sprains, muscle strains, joint dislocations, disc herniations), systemic issues such as HIV/AIDS, hypertension, fibromyalgia, arthritis, and complex regional pain syndrome, as well as mental health issues such as depression/anxiety, PTSD, and chronic stress. As a dancer and competitive figure skater since the age of 3, Kayla is extremely passionate about movement and expression. This led her to teach dance and fitness/conditioning classes beginning in 2003. She then completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2013, and has been teaching around the world ever since! Kayla’s life experience gives her a rich understanding of the human body and all the strength it possesses. She aims to help support and empower others through using a focused and well-rounded approach to healing.
